1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the platform and AI automation integrations provided by Siraa Labs ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all access and use of our services.
2. Description of Services
Siraa Labs provides multi-tenant AI-driven communication automations, booking and scheduling engines, web showcase profiles, and platform services. This includes integrations with the Meta Developer platform to support automated messaging replies on WhatsApp and Instagram (collectively, "Messaging Automations").
3. User Responsibilities & Meta Platform Compliance
As a condition of your use of our services, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:
- You will comply with all local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- You will strictly adhere to Meta’s Developer Policies, the **WhatsApp Business Solution Terms**, the **Instagram Messaging Policy**, and any other platform rules mandated by Meta Platforms, Inc.
- You will not use our services to send spam, unsolicited promotions, or unauthorized marketing materials.
- You are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary opt-ins and permissions from end-users before messaging them.
4. Account Security & API Credentials
Business tenants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account passwords, JWT access tokens, and credentials. You are solely responsible for any and all activities occurring under your tenant workspace profile. If you add your custom Page Access Tokens or credentials, you assume full responsibility for Meta API fees, usage parameters, and limit guidelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Siraa Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (including losses due to WhatsApp or Instagram account suspensions, Meta API downtime, or AI inference inconsistencies).
6. Termination & Modifications
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or modify your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we detect any violations of these Terms or Meta’s Platform rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; changes will be posted on this page.
