Overview
This page explains how user data collected through Siraa Labs Instagram and WhatsApp integrations can be deleted, in line with Meta Platform policies. Deletion actions are managed in the signed-in business portal; this public page provides instructions only.
Business customers (recommended)
If you operate a business on Siraa Labs, sign in and open Portal → Privacy ((https://siraalabs.com/portal/privacy). From there you can:
- Delete Instagram customer chats, leads, and appointments
- Delete WhatsApp customer chats, leads, and appointments
- Delete all messaging data
- Disconnect Instagram and delete Instagram data together
- Delete your entire business account
To disconnect Instagram or WhatsApp without deleting history, use Integrations.
End users (customers who messaged a business)
If you messaged a business that uses Siraa Labs on WhatsApp or Instagram and want your messaging data removed, you can:
- Ask that business to delete your data from their Siraa Labs portal Privacy tools, or
- Email us at wraply9@gmail.com with subject Siraa Labs Data Deletion Request, and include your WhatsApp phone number (with country code) and/or Instagram username / Scoped User ID, plus a contact email. We complete manual requests within 48 business hours.
Revoke access via Instagram / Meta
- Open Instagram or Meta Accounts Center → Settings → Apps and websites.
- Find SiraaLabs-Agent or Siraa Labs and remove access.
- When Meta sends a data deletion callback, we automatically purge matching Instagram connection tokens and related messaging records, then issue a confirmation code.
What we delete
- WhatsApp and Instagram chat session history
- Linked lead records and AI analysis / Meta event rows tied to those leads
- Related appointment records
- Matching website contact-form rows (when a phone number is provided)
- For business disconnect / Meta callback: Instagram access tokens and account links
- For full account deletion: tenant credentials and agent configuration
Confirmation codes
After an automated or portal deletion you may receive a confirmation code. Look it up at /data-deletion/status.
